Conflict Resolution — Living or Deceased
Finding Peace in Relationships That Still Feel Unresolved
Some relationships leave us with unanswered questions, difficult emotions, or conversations that never felt complete. This can happen with someone who is still living or with someone who has passed away.
Kristin’s Conflict Resolution sessions provide a supportive space to explore those unresolved connections with the intention of creating greater understanding, clarity, and peace.
When Someone Has Passed
Death can leave important things unsaid.
There may be questions you never had the opportunity to ask, feelings you weren’t able to express, or a relationship that ended with hurt or resentment still present.
Through mediumship, Kristin works to facilitate communication with loved ones in spirit. These connections may provide an opportunity to address unresolved emotions and experience a different perspective on the relationship. Kristin specifically describes this work as potentially helping with issues such as releasing resentment and supporting the grieving process.
When the Person Is Still Living
Not every relationship can be easily repaired through a traditional conversation. Sometimes communication has broken down, circumstances make direct communication difficult, or you simply need clarity about your own feelings before deciding what comes next.
Kristin brings a compassionate and intuitive perspective to these situations, helping you explore the emotional dynamics surrounding the relationship.
Her many years of professional psychotherapy experience also inform the grounded, empathetic perspective she brings to her work.
Resolution Doesn’t Always Mean Reconciliation
Finding resolution doesn’t necessarily mean restoring a relationship or changing another person. Sometimes resolution means understanding, releasing what you’ve been carrying, establishing peace within yourself, or finally allowing yourself to move forward.
