I am a certified Psychic, Trance Medium, Clairvoyant, and Empath. My gifts have been with me since birth, and I am descended from a long ancestral line of Psychic Mediums. I am also a Psychotherapist. Thought my 25 years in the mental health field, I have learned that some mental health concerns are spiritual rather than biological. After watching many clients struggle, I wanted to find a better way to help my clients resolve the barriers to living a fulfilling life. It was in late 2025 that I discovered Dr. Terrence Palmer’s work in Spirit Guided Remote Spirit Release Therapy, SGRSR. As a fellow Psychotherapist, Dr. Palmer was able to resolve many mental health disorders in clients who had not previously responded to traditional psychotherapy, including but not limited to Dissociative Identity Disorder, Addiction, Depression, and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder related to Domestic Violence, Sexual Assault, Physical and emotional abuse. In early 2026, I became certified in SGRSR and transformed my psychotherapy practice by blending traditional Psychotherapy with SGRSR
So what is SGRSR, you might ask. I channel my spirit guide, Lucas, who then identifies and removes any foreign entities and/or intrusive energies from my client’s physical and spiritual bodies. I work with a certified facilitator who helps guide the process while I am in trance.
